Park Rules

Before booking and using the Park:

DISCLAIMER

The use of Pool Dog Park is at the users’ own risk without exception.
Any accidents, damage, theft or loss to any animals, individuals or property are at the user’s own risk and will not be at the responsibility of Pool Dog Park.
Users of Pool Dog Park are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s) and are accountable for the behaviour of their dog(s) at all times.
You are entirely responsible for both your own and your dog(s) safety whilst at Pool Dog Park. Pool Dog Park is not responsible for any harm or injury caused to you or your dog(s).
Whilst Pool Dog Park and car park are secured by 6ft fencing and gates, we cannot guarantee that your dog will not escape.
Owners leave vehicles parked in the car park at their own risk.

Bookings Only

Please note that Pool Dog Park is available to book for 30 minute or one hour time slots. The dog park is available on a pre-booking basis only. To use the park your session must be booked in advance. Please do not arrive more than five minutes before your session start time to prevent distress for nervous or reactive dogs. Please allow five minutes at the end of your dog exercise session to vacate, making sure it is vacant for the next person. Please note that if additional sessions are used including overrunning, they must be paid for. Late arrivals - please note that you are unable to extend your slot.

Dogs

Dogs must not be left unattended at any point during your time at Pool Dog Park. A responsible adult (18+) must be in attendance at all times. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the agility equipment is suitable for your dog(s). Please consider age, ability, breeding, size and any pre-existing health conditions. It is vital that reactive dogs do not meet outside of the field so please keep your dog(s) in the car until the previous dog owner has left. Please pick up dog waste and deposit your bag(s) in the dog waste bin within the park. Spare bags have been provided for your convenience.

Safety

Entry to the main gated car park area and dog park is not permitted until the previous session has collected their dog(s) and loaded them safely into their vehicle. Please wait in the waiting area. Please park your vehicle inside the main gated area for your session closing the gate behind. Your dog(s) must be kept on a leash when entering and leaving the dog park and whilst in the car park. We can only accommodate a maximum of 2 cars per session. Please do not park on Chaple Hill Road as this will cause obstruction to residents. All vehicles and possessions are left at your own risk.

Vaccinations

For every dog's safety, we ask that all dogs are up-to-date with vaccinations prior to booking Pool Dog Park. Around the date of your session, if you become concerned about your dog's health please cancel your slot to ensure that the dog park remains a safe place for every dog.

Payments & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can only offer refunds with a 24 hour notice period. For any cancellations made under 24 hours from the booking date we will be unable to offer a refund.

Park Access & Attendance

All gates must be kept closed at all times. Please do not unleash your dog(s) until they are safely in the park and, on leaving, back in your car. Water is available for your dog. Please give them the opportunity to rehydrate.

Children

Children are welcome, but must be supervised by an adult at all times. You are responsible for making sure that they do not injure themselves or break any of the park rules.

Data Protection

Your Data may be stored so that we can contact you and so that we can manage your bookings. We will not share your data with any third parties unless they our operational business partners.

CCTV

Please be aware that CCTV is in operation, in the car park and in the dog park, to protect our customers and our property. Please note that accessing our facilities without a booking is classed as trespassing.
